Are all your products vegan and cruelty free? 


Yes, we do not use animal derived ingredients nor test on animals. 80 -90% of our products are handmade by us (in house) and tested on us.

We source the vast majority of our ingredients locally:

Micas: within the UK from small retailers/wholesalers, Spain and the Netherlands.

Skin Care products: within the UK and Ghana ( ethically sourced and directly from locals)

​

Our packagings our mostly sourced from China and within the UK/Europe.

​

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes. We ship worldwide, some countries may be excluded. Please contact info@euniquebeauty.com for any assistance.

Do you collaborate/partner with bloggers, YouTubers, and or Influencers? 

Yes, we absolutely do. Please bear in mind that we are a small indie company, therefore we only work/partner with a very limited number of influencers.

Do you offer samples? 

Unfortunately we do not offer samples, we do have affiliate codes that can get you 10% off your order.

What are your ingredients? 

All ingredients can be found in the product description.

Do you offer discount for pro makeup artists and other makeup professionals? 

We do have 10% off from affiliate codes provided to some amazing small influencers. They earn a small commission which helps them create amazing works.

Processing and Shipping

How long is your processing times.

Our processing time varies, from 2 to 5 business days normally. 7-10 business days during high volume sales and up to 8 weeks for pre-orders (this will normally be announced)

What is Free Shipping?

Any UK orders £50 and over (excluding shipping) will qualify for Free Tracked Hermes shipping. Any International orders between £100 and £250 (excluding shipping) will qualify for Free Tracked UPS Economy shipping; orders over £250 (excluding shipping) will qualify for UPS/DHL Express Shipping.

Why didn't I get an confirmation email? 

Our website automatically sends a confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout. Please check your Junk Folder, if confirmation email is not found contact info@euniquebeauty.com

My order was marked as delivered but I did not receive it. 

We understand these things can happen. If you are certain that your order has not been delivered please contact info@euniqbeauty.com and we will open an investigation with shipping company. Please note investigation might take up to 30 business days.

My order was damaged what do I do?

Please contact info@euniquebeauty.com with your order number and pictures of damaged goods within 72hrs from delivery date. Unfortunately after this time EuniqueBeauty and Shipping Company will not be held liable.

Please Note (for International Orders):

UPS Economy Tracked: your parcel is NOT covered by insurance, therefore EuniqueBeauty and any third party will NOT be held liable for damage/loss

UPS Express Tracked: your parcel is covered by insurance, you are entitled UP TO £60 for damage/loss

DHL Express Tracked: your parcel is covered by insurance, you are entitled UP TO £60 for damage/loss

Royal Mail International Standard (Not Tracked): your parcel is covered by insurance, you are entitled UP TO £20 for damage/loss

Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed: your parcel is covered by insurance, you are entitled UP TO £50 for damage/loss

Can I cancel my order? Can I add or switch a product?

Please note if your order has not been processed, any modification is permitted.

​

I'm an international customer and I was charged duties, taxes, and import fees. Can I be reimbursed? 

Unfortunately not, such fees are determined by your country and must be covered by yourself.
