Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders are normally shipped out within 7-10 business days during high volume sales, 2-5 business days during non-sales and can take up to 2 weeks or more for WHOLESALE. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

International Shipping Policy

- DHL Express is used for door to door international orders. Delivery time is 1-4 working days for Europe and United States and between 4-10 for rest of the world. PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE IS TRACKED. Maximum compensation offered for LOSS/DAMAGED goods £60 GBP.

- International orders are shipped via DHL Expedited Tracked. Delivery time is 5-21 working days for Europe, United States and rest of the world. PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE IS TRACKED. Maximum compensation offered for LOSS/DAMAGED goods £25 GBP. This service is provided by DHL in partnership with Deutsche Post.

- International orders are shipped via UPS Economy (Tracked). Delivery time is 8-21 working days for Europe, United States and rest of the world.
PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE IS NOT INSURED. NO compensation offered for LOSS/DAMAGED goods.

- UPS Express Saver is used for door to door international orders. Delivery time is 1-4 working days for Europe and United States and between 4-10 for rest of the world. PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE IS TRACKED. Maximum compensation offered for LOSS/DAMAGED goods £60 GBP.

- International orders are shipped via RoyalMail International Standard. Delivery time is 5-21 working days for Europe, United States and rest of the world. PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE IS NOT TRACKED. Maximum compensation offered for LOSS/DAMAGED goods £20 GBP.

- International orders are shipped via RoyalMail International Signed and/or Tracked. Delivery time is 5-15 working days for Europe, United States and rest of the world. PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE IS TRACKED. Maximum compensation offered for LOSS/DAMAGED goods £50 GBP.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened in bubble wrapping/unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Free Shipping
Any UK orders £50 and over (excluding shipping) will qualify for Free RoyalMail shipping. Any International orders between £100 and £250 (excluding shipping) will qualify for Free Tracked UPS Economy shipping; orders over £250 (excluding shipping) will qualify for UPS/DHL Express Shipping.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with order number and pictures to info@euniquebeauty.com within 72hrs from when package is delivered. After this time unfortunately EuniqueBeauty and Shipping company will not be held liable. A Refund/Replacement is ONLY applicable to orders with Shipping insured.

Refunds (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds for returned orders. We issue refund in the form of a store gift card that never expires. In order to receive the store credit, the product/s must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Once package is received, we will issue the electronic gift card to the email address that was used when order was placed
Sale items (if applicable)
Regular priced items or items shipped by Insured Shipping Service may be refunded/replaced, unfortunately sale items DO NOT qualify.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are unused, unopened and in original condition. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@euniquebeauty.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email INFO@EUNIQUEBEAUTY.COM
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
